Eric Thomas, Ph.D.
Dr. Eric Thomas is one of the most sought-after motivational speakers in the world and a consultant to professional sports franchises, players across the NBA, NFL, MLB and MLS, and Fortune 500 companies. He is the architect of the Flight Assessment and has used it with athletes, executives, students and educators to help people see and use their strengths.
Through Eric Thomas & Associates he leads the Extreme Execution certification and teaches both days.
Mostafa Ghonim
Mostafa Ghonim is the founder of Ghonim & Co., a consulting firm that works as a hands-on growth partner to owners and executives, driving the strategy, systems and operations behind revenue growth and stronger teams. He oversees business operations for Eric Thomas & Associates and is the lead facilitator of the Flight Assessment.
Common questions
Do I need coaching experience?
No. The certification has been taught to first-time coaches and to established consultants. The content starts with your own assessment and builds from there.
What's the difference between the two options?
Both get you fully certified over the same two days. VIP adds the twelve months that follow: unlimited assessments for your clients, the weekly coaching calls and masterminds, and the training library. If you plan to use the assessment with clients right away, VIP pays for itself with the assessments alone.
How soon can I start using this with clients?
You leave the two days with your certification, your coach portal and the playbook, so you can issue your first assessment the same week. The certification itself covers how to find your first clients and price your offer, so you are not working that out on your own afterward.
Is the certification in person or virtual?
Cohorts are taught live over two days. Past cohorts have been held in person in Lansing, Michigan, with a virtual option for people who could not travel. Location and format are confirmed when each cohort is announced.
What do I receive at the end?
You are officially Extreme Execution Certified by Eric Thomas & Associates and receive your certificate and certification seal, plus access to your assessment portal.
How do I give the assessment to my clients?
Each Flight Assessment is issued through your coach portal. VIP certification includes unlimited assessments for 12 months. Certification-only holders can purchase assessments as needed.
Can I bring my team or get certified as an organization?
Yes. For groups of five or more, email [email protected] and the team will set it up with you.
What if I enroll before the next dates are announced?
Your seat is held for the next scheduled cohort and you are the first to hear when dates are set. Our refund policy covers the terms.
